- Year of Passing: 2018, 2019 & 2020 No Standing arrears
- Academics: Minimum 60% of marks in the qualifying Degree
- Age: Less than 24 only
- Interested to work in Factory atmosphere
- Willing to work in shifts including night shifts
- Candidates should not have attended any interviews with MRF in last six months
