Educational Qualification:
1. Dy. Terminal Manager - (Pax Handling): A university graduates under 10+2+3 with 18 years' experience, out of whom a managerial or supervisory ability must be of at least 06 years in Pax Ramp, with a cargo handling role appointed by or together with any airport or airport operator or BCAS, authorised Ground Handler. Software service well knowledgeable.
2. Duty Manager Terminal: A student of an accredited university with a pattern of 10+2+3 and 16 years' experience, of which at least 04 years of experience shall have handled and supervised functions in Pax, Ramp and cargo handling with a ground manager authorised by an airline or airport operator, or BCAS, appointed by an airport operator at or combined at any airport. Computer operations are very competent.
3. Officer - (Human Resource/Administration): MBA or HR/HR equivalent course with 4 years of HR/administrative work/Legal experience, ideally with an airline and ground handling business (full-time 2 years of course). Well educated about the activities of MS-Office. Expertise in accordance with laws.
4. Legal & IR: Those who have earned further qualifications in industrial relations / labour laws and so forth will be awarded a law degree. Minimum of 15 years of practise in the handling of questions of law and IR, conciliation, arbitration, decision, job cases, high courts and the supreme court.
5. Jr.Executive(Human Resource/Administration): MBA or HR or HR equivalent, with one year of experience in HR/Admin and knowledge of MS-Office operations. (full time 2 years of course) Enforcement skills Or University graduates with a specified 10+2+3 template with 5 years or more of HR/Admin and IR/Legal experience.
