2) Draughtsman - Civil RO 250 - 400 Dip Civil or ITI (specializing in Draughtsmanship) with 6 years of experience (with min. of 3 years of Gulf experience) Candidate must have hands-on experience of AutoCAD and well-versed with Civil Construction drawings/plans
3) Draughtsman - Structural RO 250 - 400 Dip Civil or ITI (specializing in Draughtsmanship) with 8 years of experience (with min. of 3 years of Gulf experience). Candidate must have hands-on experience in preparation of shop drawings for R.C. layout drawings including coordination with architectural drawings, R.C. detail drawings & Bar Bending Schedule.
4) Jr Planning Engineer - Civil RO 350 - 400 BE Civil with additional qualification in Construction Management with minimum 2-5 years of experience in project planning/scheduling for residential/commercial building projects using Primavera (P6) software
5) Material Coordinator RO 250 - 350 BE/Dip Civil/Mech with 8 years of experience in handling various types of Building Materials in Stores of a major Civil Construction site. Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of Material properties, applications, and utilities. Computer knowledge (MS Excel) is a must

6) QA / QC Engineer - Civil RO 400 - 600 BE Civil with 10 years of experience (with a min. of 4 years Gulf exp.) in residential/commercial building projects. Candidate must be well-versed with the relevant codes and standards of the Civil Construction industry
7) Scaffolding Inspector RO 250 - 350 BE/Dip Civil/Mech with 8 years of experience (with min. of 4 years of Gulf experience) and possessing international certification in Scaffolding (CISRS or CITB). Candidate must be experienced in inspecting various kinds of scaffolds erected in Civil Construction sites and monitor scaffold safety
8) Sr Architect: B.Arch with min 10 years experience in Civil Construction (contractor side). Must have architectural experience in Residential, Commercial, Hospitals, Malls etc.
9) Sr Planning Engineer - Civil RO 400 - 650 BE Civil with additional qualification in Construction Management with minimum 5 years of experience in project planning/scheduling for residential/commercial building projects using Primavera (P6) software
10) Store Supervisor RO 150 - 225 Dip/ITI with experience in Stores Management
11) QA / QC Engineer - MEP RO 400 - 600 BE Mech/Electrical with min 5-10 years experience in carrying out inspections of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical components in a civil construction site. Gulf experience will be much preferred.
12) Project Engineer - Plumbing RO 600 - 800 B.E Mech. with 10 years of experience (with a min. of 4 years Gulf exp.) and familiarity of installation of Water supply, Drainage and Fire Fighting Pumping Systems including Copper, UPVC, HDPE, G.I, M.S, Ductile Iron & PPR pipes works etc
13) Project Manager-MEP RO 1200 - 1800 BE/B. Tech Mechanical or Electrical with min. 20 years experience of handling MEP activities (including HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing, Drainage and Firefighting) in Civil Construction projects. The candidate must have at least 10 years Gulf experience
14) MEP Coordinator RO 1000- 1200 BE Elec / Mech with 15-20 years of experience (with a min. of 10 years Gulf experience) in managing Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire-fighting services in Civil Construction projects.
